Policy on returns and cancellation
The policy on cancellation of items purchased through www.arken-pop.com is inline with the distance selling regulations, which allow items to be returned (in original or equivalent packaging) if faulty or otherwise within 7 days of receipt. The customer must pay carriage on any items cancelled/returned unless they are faulty and return products within 1 month. Returns must include a letter including the following:
A copy of your delivery note, or order number
The Address where your order was delivered
Please state reason for return using one of the following:
b) Did not meet expectations
c) I ordered the wrong size
d) It was not what I ordered
Clearly label the package/parcel 'arken poster display shop return'
Without these we can not accept them as a return.
Any returns you wish to exchange or replace with alternative products/sizes need to be re-ordered through arken-pop.com. The only exception to this would be items that were damaged or faulty on delivery.

Refunds including initial delivery costs for the item will be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.
Goods cancelled before receipt will be refunded in full. Any cancellations must be via email to email@example.com or in writing to the address stated above; we will not accept cancellations via telephone. Please include your order reference number in correspondence.
Supply: We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company. We also only supply to the UK.
