Payment terms

We accept all major credit and debit cards. The card must be registered to the account address. Payment is taken via SECPay on ordering & must be made in full for order to be placed.

Delivery charges: UK Mainland only.

Delivery charges are calculated on the weight of products ordered and will be added to your order before you proceed to payment.

Availability e.g. All orders for products are subject to availability but you will be notified if it is not in stock and therefore expected to take more than the 'normally received within two working days' standard delivery.

Policy on returns and cancellation

The policy on cancellation of items purchased through www.arken-direct.com is inline with the distance selling regulations, which allow items to be returned (in original or equivalent packaging) if faulty or otherwise within 7 days of receipt. The customer must pay carriage on any items cancelled/returned unless they are faulty and return products within 1 month. Returns must include a letter including the following:

  1. A copy of your delivery note, or order number
  2. The Address where your order was delivered
  3. Please state reason for return using one of the following:
    • a) Faulty
    • b) Did not meet expectations
    • c) I ordered the wrong size
    • d) It was not what I ordered
  4. Clearly label the package/parcel 'arken direct return'

Without these we can not accept them as a return.

Any returns you wish to exchange or replace with alternative products/sizes need to be re-ordered through arken-direct.com. The only exception to this would be items that were damaged or faulty on delivery.

Refunds including initial delivery costs for the item will be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.

Goods cancelled before receipt will be refunded in full. Any cancellations must be via email to direct@arken-pop.com or in writing to the address stated above; we will not accept cancellations via telephone. Please include your order reference number in correspondance.

Supply: We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company. We also only supply to the UK.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction - The formation, existence, construction, performance, validity and all aspects whatsoever of these terms and conditions or of any term of these terms and conditions will be governed by the law of England and Wales. The English and Welsh courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or use of the website.

We may modify, withdraw or deny access to this website at any time, including introducing charges for its use or other restricted access. This website and all the materials contained in it are protected by intellectual property rights, including copyright, and either belongs to us or is licensed to us to use. Materials include, but are not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, graphics and documents on the website, as well as other content such as articles, stories and other text. You may not copy, redistribute, republish or otherwise make the materials on this website available to anyone else without our consent in writing.

Force Majeure, Etc - The performance of this contract is subject to variation or cancellation by the Seller owing to an act of God, war, strikes, lock-outs, fire, flood, drought, tempest or any other cause beyond the control of the Seller or owing to any inability by the Seller to procure materials or articles required for the performance of the contract and the Seller shall not be held responsible for any inability to deliver caused by any such contingency.
